This Agreement is between you and Shenzhen Qizhuan Technology Co., Ltd ("we", "us") regarding your use of the Solar Explorer 3D app (the "App"). Please read it carefully before using the App. By downloading, installing, launching, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please stop using the App.
The App is a 3D solar system visualization and educational tool based on real astronomical data and physical laws, presenting orbits, rotation, and surface features of celestial bodies and spacecraft within the solar system. The data, orbital calculations, and rendering are intended for educational and reference purposes only. Due to data sources, model simplification, and computational precision, they may differ from reality and should not be relied upon for scientific research, navigation, or engineering use.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your own devices for non-commercial purposes. Except as permitted by law or with our prior written consent, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, rent, lend, sell, or sublicense the App.
The intellectual property rights in the App and its software code, interface design, text, icons, celestial textures, 3D models, and sound effects belong to us or the respective rights holders. Some astronomical data, textures, and open-source resources used in the App are subject to their own licenses; attribution and license information is available on the in-app "Credits" page. You may not use such content without the rights holder's permission.
When using the App, you must comply with applicable laws and regulations and must not use the App for any unlawful purpose or to infringe the rights of others, including but not limited to cracking, distributing malicious programs, interfering with the App's normal operation, or harming the legitimate interests of us or third parties.
Some features may be offered as paid unlocks, such as a premium version. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Refund requests are handled in accordance with Apple's refund policy. You can view and manage your purchases in your App Store account. The App does not collect or store your payment account information.
The App is provided "as is". We strive to keep the service stable and the content accurate, but to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for: display deviations due to astronomical data precision, model simplification, or computational error; service interruptions or data loading failures caused by factors beyond our control such as devices, systems, or networks; or losses arising from your use that does not follow this Agreement or in-app guidance.
We may update, adjust, suspend, or terminate part or all of the App's features as needed for operations. We will provide notice of material changes through appropriate means. You may stop using and uninstall the App at any time.
We may revise this Agreement from time to time and will post the latest version and updated effective date on this page. We will provide notice of material changes through appropriate means. Your continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing which, it may be submitted to the competent people's court at our location.
